Bryson's Village has nine (9) home sites that are a third of an acre (100x150) in size or more. The lots will have sidewalks, public water, and public sewer. Natural gas will be provided to each home for heat, hot water, and other appliances within the home.

The community is a part of the East Greenwich Township www.eastgreenwichnj.com.  The community is a component  of www.eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us school district and also Kingsway Regional school district  www.kingsway.k12.nj.us.
