Fox Hollow is a 52 home community in the heart of Mickleton.  The community rests on 66±  acres of land that includes one open space lot of 22±  acres.  The open space parcel contains wetlands and wetland buffers to be preserved and an open 7± acre parcel of upland.  The open space will be conveyed to East Greenwich Township www.eastgreenwichnj.com who will ultimately decide how the area will be utilized.   The Township will determine how much care will be provided to this area.  There is no homeowner association for Fox Hollow.

Fox Hollow has public water, public sewer, natural gas, underground electric and phone, curbs and sidewalks on both sides of our interior streets.  The streets will be dedicated to the Township.  Trash collection, recycling collection, snow removal, street lighting and street maintenance will be the responsibility of the Township.  The community is a part of the East Greenwich Twp. school district  www.eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us and also Kingsway Regional school district  www.kingsway.k12.nj.us.

The home sites vary in size from 22,500 Sq. Ft. to 45,000 Sq. Ft.  The majority of the lots are 25,000 Sq. Ft. which is a little larger than half acre.

There will be a variety of home styles offered with a Colonial theme.  There will be a ranch design, and at least three different two-story designs.

The house sizes will range from a 2,500 Sq. Ft. to 3,500 Sq. Ft. on our standard designs and even larger for those who desire more living space.  All homes will have a two-car garage.  Side load entry garages will be provided where possible and a three car garage will be available as an option in some cases.
